Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a knack for organisation, a great phone manner, and a passion for customer service? Australian Venue Co. is on the hunt for a Reservation Agent to join our Melbourne-based team!

With a portfolio of 200+ iconic pubs, bars, and venues across Australia & New Zealand, we’re all about delivering memorable moments – and that starts with a seamless reservation experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing incoming booking enquiries via phone, email & online platforms

  • Coordinating reservations for group bookings, functions & events

  • Assisting guests with tailored experiences across our venues

  • Collaborating with venue teams to ensure accurate and timely bookings

  • Delivering exceptional customer service that sets the tone for their visit

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or reservations (ideal but not essential)

  • A friendly, confident phone manner and clear communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
