New Zealand Venue Co is expanding in 2025! With exciting renovations and new acquisitions, we’re welcoming fresh venues into our already established portfolio. As we grow, we're on the lookout for passionate and experienced Duty Managers, Assistant Venue Managers, and Venue Managers to join our teams across Wellington.

We operate some of the city's most iconic and diverse venues, including Dirty Little Secret, St. Johns Bar & Eatery, and Concrete—each offering a unique atmosphere and clientele. Whether you thrive in a vibrant pub setting or prefer managing one of the CBD’s premier event destinations, we have the perfect venue for you!

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a management role in Bars, Restaurants and Pubs
  • Ability to work across a variety of shifts; Nights & weekends
  • Hold a current LCQ 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for all things hospo!
