The Tote is is looking for its for New Managers to join the leadership team to assist in the daily operations of the venue. Located in the heart of Trentham, directly across from the station and race-course The Tote is a local gem with sports bar, beer garden and bistro.
The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue, and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career to become a leader and progress, then this is the venue for you!

Essential requirements:
- 2 years experience in a similar venue
- Exceptional Food & Beverage knowledge
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Current License Controller Cert (LCQ)
