Perched on the 2nd level overlooking Auckland's Viaduct Harbour, Dr Rudi's is the best rooftop spot in the world for brewing, drinking, eating & socializing. Fully equipped with its onsite brewery pumping out 1000L of award-winning beers. Dr Rudi's has two bowling lanes as a free experience to have a few beers and bowl a few games with friends.

What do we need from you?

• A passion for the hospitality industry
• License Controller Certificate (LCQ)
• A friendly, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• Extensive restaurant and bar service experience

What will your job duties include?

• Effective day-to-day communication with a multi-skilled team 
• Booking and event management
• Effective labour control
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving, including customer complaint resolution
• Basic financials, including cash up
