What You’ll Do

• Partner with venue managers to develop and grow distinctive, community-loved brands.
• Identify market opportunities and create bold, innovative strategies to drive visitation and revenue.
• Lead the development and execution of localised marketing plans and dynamic events calendars.
• Collaborate with our digital, design, and brand teams to ensure a seamless and engaging online presence.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong passion for hospitality and venue-based marketing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.
• Sound commercial acumen and a data-led mindset.
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and customer insights.
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting capabilities.
