What we’re looking for:

What we need from you:  

• You must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• The ability to provide high quality meals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on food safety compliance
• Exceptional customer service standards
• Ability to engage with local community
• Well-rounded experience within bar/pub industry
• Flexible availability to work rostered shifts as our venue is open 7 days a week

What will your job duties include?

• Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering high quality dishes that are in line with the business’ standard
• Discussing food preparation issues and procedures with kitchen and waiting staff
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and standards
• Working professionally and effectively in a fast paced environment and communicating with kitchen team members
• Undertaking reporting, food handling and storage duties as required
